In a tense early morning encounter, Ellicott officers responded to a domestic disturbance that resulted in the arrest of 25-year-old Angel G. Ramos-Gonzalez on multiple charges.
At 4:48 AM on June 17th, Ellicott Police were called to a domestic incident in Falconer. Upon arrival, officers discovered that Angel G. Ramos-Gonzalez, 25, had allegedly destroyed property belonging to the victim and subjected them to unwanted physical contact.
Ramos-Gonzalez was swiftly taken into custody and charged with harassment in the second degree and three counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree. The nature of the destroyed property has not been disclosed, but the severity of the charges highlights the significant disturbance caused by the incident.
Following his arrest, Ramos-Gonzalez was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, where he awaited centralized arraignment. The case will proceed in the Town of Ellicott court.
