Jamestown, NY — A coordinated raid by local and regional drug enforcement agencies led to significant arrests and seizures early Wednesday morning.

In the early hours of June 19, 2024, at approximately 6:10 am, the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, with the assistance of the Jamestown Police Department SWAT Team, executed a search warrant at 1 Grandin Street, Jamestown, New York. The operation resulted in the arrest of three individuals and the discovery of various illegal items.

During the raid, law enforcement officials apprehended Jamie L. Warner, 42, Zachary C. Clark, 55, and Kevin N. Young, 34, all residents of Jamestown. In addition to the three suspects, two other adults were found at the scene. Upon securing the residence, detectives uncovered metal knuckles, methamphetamine, mushrooms, Ketamine, Vicodin, Hydrocodone, scales, and drug packaging materials.

Following their arrest, the suspects were transported to Jamestown City Jail. A subsequent search at the jail revealed that Kevin N. Young was in possession of a small quantity of methamphetamine.

All three individuals have previous criminal records. They face multiple charges, including:

  • Jamie L. Warner and Zachary C. Clark: Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, five counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, and two counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia.
  • Kevin N. Young: Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree.

The suspects are currently held pending their arraignment at the Jamestown City Court.









The successful operation was supported by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Dunkirk Police Department, Ellicott Police Department, Chautauqua County Tac Meds, and Jamestown Fire Department.
